This option allows you to setup the identification codes for each employee. Each code is setup with a specific level of access for each sales function (invoicing, ordering, equipment setup, etc.) and a unique password ensuring confidentiality of the ID code. Note: If any employee doesn't have the permissions to edit or even add a charge customer they not add a customer to the master customer information.

You can also print employee permissions
The print option has been expanded with a new report type within the employee permission program, "Employee Permissions (select specific permission)". You can select a single permission, select which values to include. The report will include just the permissions for the item selected, each row is each employee.
